An excellent conversion of the old arcade classic. If you've never played the original, this was the introduction of Mario (then called "Jumpman") and the gameplay consists of a variety of platforming levels where the goal is to rescue Pauline from the great ape. It features great graphics, sweet SB sound (taken directly from the arcade!) and lots of other nice, professional touches. Overall ... it's a great recreation of the arcade, which also includes a "CHAMP" mode with additional content.CHAMP Kong is a DOS-based arcade game developed by CHAMP Games. It is a tribute to the classic arcade game Donkey Kong, originally created by Nintendo in 1981. This game adopts the same basic mechanics, where the player must rescue a damsel in distress while avoiding various obstacles and enemies, but with updated features and smoother gameplay, making it a fun homage to the original.
